Creators of integrated business

press-releaseCombining strengths creates strong ICT service provider

Zeist/Amsterdam, December 6 2010 - QNH and Pecoma Business Technology announced today plans to join forces. The move was prompted by the growing and increasingly complex market demand in the business integration field. There is a real need for a broad, comprehensive package of quality service. Combining strengths creates a strong ICT service provider in the business technology and business integration market, particularly for the financial services sector and government.
Sister enterprise FastFlex is also part of the alliance. Pecoma and FastFlex will operate as independent units within the QNH group. The combined organisation will have a total staff of approximately 600 employees and projected joint turnover for 2010 is EUR 125 million.

Arnold Kamminga, QNH CEO: "We are pleased that Pecoma and FastFlex are joining QNH. With Pecoma and FastFlex on board we are able to additionally reinforce our position as the business integration market leader. Joining forces creates a formidable combination in an ICT market that is rapidly evolving. And one that is in the best interests of our customers, employees and business partners."
Pecoma's general manager Simon de Koning will join QNH management. De Koning: "Over the past years we have seen customer demand become increasingly complex. Consequently, we sought a connection with a robust, solid company offering complementary service to related customers. Not only does the market position and service fit seamlessly with ours; the entrepeneurial, pragmatic and ambitious culture is likewise well-suited. This cooperation provides us with a firm foundation; ready to grow."

The concentration of strengths is made possible in part by ING Corporate Investments, which is a minority shareholder and backer of the QNH group.
